Hi, I’m Candice.

Founder, CEO, investor, keynote speaker, lifelong learner.

I believe the two greatest levers for transformation are: learning and community. This belief has shaped my career and my life's work.

I'm the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Disco, the purpose-built learning platform that unlocks human potential through AI-powered, social learning experiences. We help training businesses and customer academies create transformational programs that scale, combining cohort-based learning, community connection, and intelligent automation. Because the future of learning is human-first, AI-assisted.

Before Disco, I helped scale Wattpad, a social reading platform, to 120MM users and a $1B acquisition. I've built ventures from scratch, invested from seed to late stage, and advised companies through their biggest inflection points. Today I'm also a Venture Partner at Lobby Capital, a $250M Series A fund in Silicon Valley, where I back ambitious founders.

I speak to audiences worldwide on how to use AI to augment human potential. I also write for Fast Company, Forbes, and my Substack. I built Gamechanger, a community and podcast for leaders navigating change. I've interviewed Margaret Atwood, Adam Grant, Seth Godin, and Roger Martin on what it takes to create the future and thrive in uncertainty.

I've served on the boards of DreamBox Learning and Coveo, both AI-first companies reshaping their industries, and advise two worldchanging non profits XPRIZE and Shift Canada.

On a personal note: I'm a proud Canadian who immigrated here at 14. I'm married to an entrepreneur and TV producer, and we have two teenage sons who inspire me to never lose hope, courage, or ambition to create the future we want.
